Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Panther FBR Enterprise software licenses from Panther Engineering & Consulting Services (Private) Limited (Registration No. 0086383), trading as PECS Global, Islamabad, Pakistan.

7-Day Free Trial

Panther FBR Enterprise includes a 7-day free trial with full feature access and FBR sandbox connectivity. No payment is required during the trial period. We strongly recommend completing sandbox testing before purchasing a subscription. No refund question arises during the trial — you pay nothing until you choose to subscribe.

When a Refund is Available

A refund of your subscription payment will be issued if all of the following conditions are met:

Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your payment date
The FBR sandbox gateway returns an HTTP 401 or HTTP 403 authentication error when your credentials are entered in Panther FBR Enterprise
You provide a clear screenshot of the Panther FBR Enterprise error screen showing the specific error code
No live FBR invoice number has been assigned by FBR's production gateway under your NTN through our software

HTTP 401 and HTTP 403 errors indicate authentication failure at the FBR gateway level — meaning the connection between Panther FBR Enterprise and FBR's PRAL gateway could not be established due to a credential or system issue. These are the only gateway errors that qualify for a refund.

When a Refund is Not Available

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

Change of mind after payment
Invoice rejections due to incorrect HS codes, wrong scenario selection, or buyer NTN errors
FBR gateway downtime or PRAL system unavailability
Expired, invalid, or incorrectly entered FBR API credentials
Inactive or unregistered NTN
Any error other than HTTP 401 or HTTP 403 at the FBR sandbox gateway
Once a live FBR invoice number has been assigned by FBR's production gateway under your NTN through our software — at this point the software has functioned as intended and the sale is final

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, WhatsApp us at +92 307 3812493 within 7 days of your payment with the following:

Your full name and business name
Your NTN
Date of payment and NayaPay transaction reference
Screenshot of the Panther FBR Enterprise error screen showing the HTTP 401 or 403 error code

Refund requests that do not include the required screenshot will not be processed. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Legal Basis

This policy is issued under the Contract Act 1872 (Pakistan). By purchasing a Panther FBR Enterprise license, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these refund terms. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
