These terms are between you (or your business) and Panther Engineering & Consulting Services (Pvt) Ltd ("PECS Global"), registration number 0086383, NTN 4242816-5, Islamabad, Pakistan, governing your use of this website and the Panther FBR Enterprise software ("the Software").
What this website is
fbr.pecsglobal.com is an informational and lead-generation website. Browsing it, submitting the contact form, or starting a free trial conversation does not by itself create a binding purchase — that happens separately, when you and PECS Global agree on a license and you receive your activation key.
The license model
The Software is licensed, not sold. A license key is generated for and locked to one specific computer's Hardware ID (HWID) at the time of activation. Key points:
- A license key activated on one machine will not work on a different machine. If you need to move your license to new hardware, contact us — we handle this directly rather than through automatic self-service.
- The free trial period, where offered, runs for a limited number of days from activation and is intended for evaluation, including testing in FBR's Sandbox environment, before you commit to a paid plan.
- You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Software, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
- Your invoice history and data created using the Software remain yours. If your license lapses or is not renewed, we do not delete your existing invoice records — submission of new invoices is what pauses, not access to your past history.
Sandbox vs. Production — your responsibility
What we're responsible for, and what we're not
We're responsible for the Software functioning as described, validating and submitting invoice data to FBR's gateway according to the FBR specifications it's built against (PRAL Technical Specification V1.12, SRO 69(I)/2025), and for reasonable support in keeping it working.
We are not a tax advisor, accountant, or law firm, and nothing on this website or in the Software constitutes tax or legal advice. We're not responsible for changes FBR makes to its own systems or rules that may require an update to the Software before they're reflected, nor for decisions you make about which FBR scenario, tax rate, or HS code applies to your specific sale — the Software helps you apply the rules correctly once you've identified them, it doesn't replace your own or your accountant's judgment about your business's specific tax obligations.
Payments and refunds
Pricing is quoted directly to you based on your business type and volume, not published as a fixed public rate on this site. Refund requests are handled case by case — contact us directly to discuss your specific situation rather than relying on an automatic policy.
This website's own limitations
This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel for analytics and advertising measurement — see our Privacy Policy for what that means for your data. The contact form is handled by a third-party service (Formspree); we're not responsible for that service's own uptime or technical issues, though we'll do our best to respond through alternative channels (WhatsApp, email) if it's ever unavailable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Software or this website changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you have an active paid license, material changes affecting that license will be communicated to you directly, not just posted here silently.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
