This policy covers fbr.pecsglobal.com, the website for Panther FBR Enterprise. It's published by Panther Engineering & Consulting Services (Pvt) Ltd ("PECS Global," "we," "us"), registration number 0086383, NTN 4242816-5, based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
This policy is about the website. The desktop software itself (Panther FBR Enterprise) handles invoice and business data differently, stored locally on your own computer — that's covered separately when you receive the software, not by this page.
What we collect, and why
We collect two kinds of information here: what you choose to give us through the contact form, and what's automatically collected by analytics and advertising tools while you browse.
1. Information you submit
If you fill in the contact/demo-request form, we collect your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, the subject you select, and whatever you write in the message field. This is sent directly to us through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and lands in our email inbox. We use it only to respond to your inquiry — not for any other purpose, and not sold or shared with anyone outside PECS Global.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technology to understand how it's used and to measure whether our advertising is working. Specifically:

Cookies
The tools above set cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits and measure ad performance. You can block or delete cookies through your browser's own settings at any time; doing so may make analytics less accurate but won't break the site itself.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept in our email and Formspree account for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain a record of business inquiries — typically a few years, after which older inquiries are periodically cleared. Analytics data is retained according to each tool's own default settings (Google Analytics, Meta, and TikTok each set their own retention windows, which we have not shortened or extended).
Who else sees this data
Form submissions: Formspree (the service that delivers your message to our inbox) and us. Analytics/advertising data: Google, Meta, and TikTok, under their own respective privacy policies, since we use their tools rather than building our own tracking.
Your choices
- You can decline to fill in the contact form — nothing on this site requires it to browse.
- You can block cookies in your browser, which limits analytics and ad measurement but doesn't affect site functionality.
- You can ask us to delete a form submission you previously sent us by emailing the address below — we'll honor that request.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects or how it's used changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
